Love Promise Champion
Project
Love Promise Champions are ambassadors that work within their retail store to guide employees through the Subaru Love Promise University. They help keep the Love Promise best practices top of mind and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service across all departments. They also lead community events centered around volunteering, donating goods, and fundraising.

The Love Promise Champion project includes an online social platform, videos, resource documents, microlearning web courses, and webinars.
Role

Marketing Strategy: Developed and implemented targeted marketing campaigns to promote the Love Promise Champion program in order to further enhance the Love Promise initiative and elevate the overall Subaru customer journey.

Creative Direction: Led the creation of engaging marketing and training materials that effectively communicated the Love Promise principles.
Outcome
There are over 450 Love Promise Champions and counting. Some dealerships have promoted the benefit of having more than one Love Promise Champion to help with customer satisfaction.
The Love Promise Community Portal was originally designed for Love Promise Champions to connect with other ambassadors, learn about the Love Promise, and share ideas. The engagement was so outstanding that the website was expanded to all Subaru dealership employees in less than a year.
