The Hyundai Performance Institute provides brand, customer experience, and product training to employees and franchise retailers across the United States.

Key Elements

Marketing campaigns for events, webinars, and the mobile app. Events and webinars included presentations and job aids. The mobile app featured a newsfeed, articles, games, microlearning lessons, quizzes, videos, and job aids.

Role

  • Marketing: Developed and implemented strategies to effectively market Hyundai's branding and customer success initiatives to franchise dealerships.

  • CX: Crafted digital and retail customer experience strategies to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

  • Creative Direction: Led the design and development of Hyundai USA sales training campaigns that optimized branding through digital and retail customer experience strategies.

  • Product Development: Partnered with a game studio to shape and refine the concept, design, and interactive features of a custom training app, ensuring strong user engagement.

Outcome

In January 2024, all U.S. Hyundai sales employees were integrated into the mobile app. They had one month to complete their certification course, just as they used to on the old training website. The app received record-shattering course completion in 24 hours, due to the new interactive learning style of games, videos, and quizzes.
