Heart Beat Live

Project

These interactive quarterly live broadcasts introduced and expanded on the Subaru Love Promise University curriculum. Each broadcast highlighted Love Promise University principles, resources, and Subaru policy updates. Custom broadcasts were created for leadership and another for customer-facing teams.  Heart Beat Live includes roll-in videos, supporting documents, email registration, and marketing campaigns.

Role

  • Creative Direction: Led the creative direction for Heart Beat Live, writing all scripts and roll-in videos while collaborating with department leaders to ensure accurate and easily digestible insights, effectively communicating key Subaru Love Promise University principles.

  • Marketing Strategy: Implemented targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote Heart Beat Live which resulted in consistent viewership.

  • Program Development: Leveraged insights from audience surveys, Love Promise Champions, customer testimonials, Net Promoter Score (NPS) data, and social listening to identify key challenges faced by franchise retailers. Creating tailored broadcasts that addressed these issues and provided actionable Love Promise solutions.

Outcome

625 Subaru retailers regularly tune in for Heart Beat Live. It had an all-time high of 10,500 viewers. 80% of viewers found the content helpful to their role, and 93% felt confident in applying the lessons.  Subaru has renewed the series for its 3rd year.
